Each search begins by meeting with our client to determine the ideal profile for the position. This includes the organizational structure, position’s objectives, description, educational background, language proficiency, work experience, desired human characteristics to fit the organization’s values and culture, and compensation package.
We then conduct our search by consulting our extensive resource files and database, by contacting individuals directly through our vast network, and through our research, identifying additional leads.
We proceed to meet with potential candidates to select a short list that we present to our clients.
We facilitate the client/candidate interview process and selection of the incumbent, including reference checks, testing if desired, and counsel in salary negotiations.
Subsequent to the placement, we follow up with both client and incumbent over a period of months to ensure a smooth transition, orientation and integration. Our one-year guarantee reflects the confidence in our placements.
